All Harmoni Mattresses are provided with limited warranty as listed below against the manufacturing defects. Customers can contact us at harmoni.online2015@gmail.com or +6017-7032788 if there’s a manufacturing defect occurs during the duration of the warranty.
Customers are required to provide the purchase receipt including date of purchase and must be the original purchasing consumer. Duration of the warranty shall commence from the date of purchase.
The Harmoni Mattress Warranty covers only the following items during normal wear:
- Visible indentations greater than 35% of original mattress height resulting from flaws in manufacturing and not from normal wear and tear. Normal wear and tear requires that the mattress be continuously supported by a proper bed frame to support the collective weight of the mattress and its user(s).
- Any physical or structural flaw in the mattress such as wires that are loose or broken that causes foam to split or crack, despite normal usage and proper handling.
THIS LIMITED WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER THE FOLLOWING:
- Transportation costs of returning the mattress
- A normal increase in softness of the foams which does not affect the actual pressure-relieving properties of the product.
- Individual comfort preferences relating to firmness, design, materials and feel.
- Physical and/or structural damages including, but not limited to, stains, burns, tears, cuts, or liquid damage resulting from misuse by the customer.
- Fabric Stains, soiling, fluid penetration, tears or burns.
- Body impressions in the mattress that measures less than 35% of original mattress height
- Sagging in the mattress that measures less than 35% of original mattress height
- Damage due to use with an inappropriate foundation or whenincorrect bed frame isused.
- Any minor manufacturing flaws to the product or packaging including, but not limited to, cosmetic flaws such as uneven stitching &etc.
- Any warranty claim is only applicable within Malaysia delivered to the original purchasing customer.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Harmonionline.my reserves the right to invalidate the warranty if the mattress, even if defective, is in an unsanitary condition (due to blood or bodily fluid stains or soiling, infestation or other abuse).
